INGREDIENTS:
2.Seasoning-cinnamon small 1,cloves2 ,cardomom 2
3.Oil
4.Salt-as per taste
5.Corriander leaves -to garnish
GRIND 1:
Ginger-2inch
Garlic-4
Green chilli-5
Onion-1
Tomato-1/2
Fry this ingredients in little oil and grind smoothly with little water
GRIND 2:
Coconut-1/2cup with little water
UTENSIL:
Big nonstick pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a vessel add little oil,seasoning,grinded masala no.1 fry it for few mins.
- Now add all the vegetables and salt leave it untill all the vegetables are cooked.
- Then add grinded coconut no.2 let it cook untill oil comes up
- Finally garnish with corriander leaves.
