INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Raddish/Mulangi-2(chopped)2.Urad dhal-2tbs
3.Red chilli-3
4.Mint leaves-1/2bunch
5.Corriander seeds-1/2tbs
6.Garlic-3cloves
7.Tamarind -1"
8.Salt-as per taste
9.Seasoning-1tbs(Mustard,Cumin,Urad dhal,Curry leaves)
10.Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Fry the raddish in the pan without oil untill they turn light brown and let it cool and keep it aside.
- Now In the another pan add oil,urad dhal, red chilli,mint leaves,garlic,corriander and curry leaves fry it for 5mins and let it cool.
- When the contents become cool grind them with tamarind all together with salt into a fine paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds,urad dhal,cumin seeds and the curry leaves. Fry till the dals turn golden brown and garnish the chutney with this seasoning
