INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Urad dhal - 2tbs
2.Onion-1
3.Green chilly - 2
4.Mint leaves - 1/2bunch
5.Ginger - 1inch
6.Garlic -2cloves
7.Tomato - 1
8.Salt-as needed
9.Oil-2tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First fry the urad dhal untill light brown and keep it aside
- In a another pan add spoon of oil ,green chilly,onions saute it well
- Then add mint,garlic,ginger fry it nicely
- Add tomatoes,salt let it cook for 5mins and let it cool down for few mins
- Then grind the fried items ,fried urad dhal and salt with little water
- Do the tempering with the mustard seeds and cumin and mix it well.
