Spinach Curry/Thegora

Spinach with peanut is a delightful combination of flavor which i love it.I make this spinach curry which we call as thegora in telugu so often.This is part of basic everyday meal, versatile, feel good kind of curry and also simple enough to make frequently which i got it from my MIL.Overall this is very healthy and flavorful dish.

INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Spinach- 1bunch(chopped finely)
2.Peanut- 1cup(grind coarsly)
3.Green chilly - 4-6nos
4.Garlic- 4cloves
5.Vadagam - little or Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin,urad dhal)
6.Oil

UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • In a deep bottomed pan add chopped spianch,green chilly,garlic,little water let it cook for 5-10mins
  • Then add grinded peanut powder let it cook for 10mins untill all cooked well and let it cool down
  • Now using masher mix all together untill coarsly .
  • Then do the seasoning with vadagam in a spoon of oil and pour it into the coarsly mashed spinach and combine altogether well and serve it.

    GOES WELL WITH:
          Ragi ball,rice and dosa
