INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Spinach- 1bunch(chopped finely)
2.Peanut- 1cup(grind coarsly)
3.Green chilly - 4-6nos
4.Garlic- 4cloves
5.Vadagam - little or Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin,urad dhal)
6.Oil
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a deep bottomed pan add chopped spianch,green chilly,garlic,little water let it cook for 5-10mins
- Then add grinded peanut powder let it cook for 10mins untill all cooked well and let it cool down
- Now using masher mix all together untill coarsly .
- Then do the seasoning with vadagam in a spoon of oil and pour it into the coarsly mashed spinach and combine altogether well and serve it.
