INGREDIENTS U NEED :
2.Green chilli- 3or4
3.Garlic - 3cloves
4.Ginger- 1inch
5.Salt- as needed
6.Pepper - 1tbs
7.Chilli powder- 1tbs
8.Besan flour - 1cup
9.Rice flour- 2tbs
10.Oil- for deep fry

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan add grinded paste fry it for few mins and then add mashed potato,salt and turmeric powder saute for few minutes.
- Mean while for the batter in a bowl mix besan flour,rice flour,salt,pepper,red chilli powder with enough water and make a batter little thick and mix it thoroughly using whisk.
- Make a small balls out of the potato masal and dip in the batter and drop into the oil carefully keep the flame in medium and cook untill they are golden brown .
