INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Kathrikai/Brinjal- 1big
2.Onions- 1(Finely chopped)
3.Green chilly - 3(Finely chopped)
4.Seasoning-Mustard ,Cumin,Urad dhal
UTENSIL:
Wide pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First apply oil on top of the brinjal and put it in the oven or gas untill the skin becomes black and let it cool down
- Then mash it coarsly using spoon or hands and keep it aside
- Now heat oil in a pan,add seasoning let it splutter,now add onions and green chilly fry it untill light brown
- At this stage add mashed kathrikai for few mins and cook it well untill it becomes thick and desired consistency.
