INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Rice flour-2cup
2.Peanuts-1/4cup(make fine powder)
3.Onions-3(chopped finely lengthwise)
4.Green chilli-5(chopped finely lengthwise)
5.Curry leaves-1string(to garnish)
6.Salt-as needed
7.Soda-pinch
8.Corriander leaves-1/2bunch(chopped finely)
9.Oil-for deep fry

Deep bottomed frying pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Combine all the ingredints from 1 to 8 by adding couple of spoons of hot oil and add minimum water possible it should not be too thick or thin
- Take small amount of dough into your fingers and drop that into the heated oil like scattering with your fingers
- Deep fry both sides of the pakodas till they turn to golden brown and crispy and remove from the oil and keep in a paper towel..
- Fry the curry leaves in the oil to garnish it.
