INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Beans-2cup(chopped finely)
2.Egg-3
3.Salt-as per taste
4.Oil-3tbs
5.Pepper powder-1tbs
UTENSIL:
Bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in the pan,add chopped beans saute it untill the vegetable is cooked all the water is evaporated for 10-15mins
- Now add salt,pepper powder and fry it for few mins
- Finally crack the eggs fry it untill cooked and dry
