Carrot Roti

Carrot roti is a very healthy and simple breakfast or dinner.This is very good meal for kids.This is  like any other roti but something different here is the receipe for that...

INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Wheat flour - 2cup
2.Carrot - 2cup(grated)
3.Corriander leaves - 1cup(chopped)
4.Chilly powder - 1tbs
5.Salt-as needed
6.Oil
7.Ghee - 1tbs
8.Curd - 2tbs

UTENSIL;
Nonstick pan or tawa

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • Mix wheat flour,salt,chilly powder,grated carrot,corriander leaves,curd,oil,ghee in a bowl with enough water and make it like a dough and knead it well for few mins. 
  • Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and place the roti carefully and turn it after every minute when you see the underside slightly browning then add a drop of oil on top and flip it back again then add another drop of oil on the other side. 
  • Press the roti and turn every minute and remove from heat when both the sides are golden and well cooked and serve hot.
GOES WELL WITH:
   Raita or Pickle
