Bajji Dosa

Bajji dosa is a instant dosa made with gram flour and rice flour which is really simple and very quick to make .Last week i was watching tv they were making this dish so i tried it out it came out really good.I love to try out new things and experiment new ideas.This is little bit different in taste but good.So here u go...

INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Gram flour - 1cup
2.Rice flour- 1/4 cup
3.Ginger- 1inch
4.Green chilly- 3
5.Onions - 2
6.Corrainder leaves-3string
7.Curry leaves-1string
8.Salt-as needed
9.Oil

UTENSIL:
Dosa pan

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • Grind all the above ingredients from 1-8 with sufficient water to a smooth paste and check for the consistency of the batter it should not be too thick or thin add water if necessary and add salt mix it well .
  • Heat the dosa pan on medium heat sprinkle some water on it to make sure the pan is hot
  • Pour a ladle full of batter  in the center spread little thicker with the back of the laddle to form a circle
  • Then pour a tbs of oil over and around it after a minute or so to check the dosa is cooked 
  • Turn with a spatula when it is crisp and flip onto the other side and serve hot. 
GOES WELL WITH:
   Any chutney
