Snakeguard Pakoda

I love this snakeguard from my childhood but backhome we used to make only poriyal with this vegetable with coconut but one day i was watching tv i saw they were making this dish so i tried out and it came out really good.Now lets see this rocking receipe....

INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Pudalangai/Snakeguard - 1big(chopped)
2.Rice flour - 1/2 cup
3.Gram flour - 1/2cup
4.Salt-as needed
5.Turmeric powder-pinch
6.Curry leaves-few
7.Oil-for deep fry
8.Corriander leaves-few

UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl mix chopped snakeguard with rice flour,gram flour,turmeric powder,salt,corriander leaves altogether and leave it for 5mins don't add water 
  • Drop them into hot oil little by little slowly and deep fry in medium flame untill golden brown and crispy.
GOES WELL WITH:
     Tomato chutney
