INGREDIENTS :1.Carrot - 1/4cup(chopped)
2.Brinjal- 1/4cup(chopped)
3.Potato- 1/4cup(chopped)
4.Plantain-1/4cup(chopped)
5.Raw mango-1/4cup(chopped)
6.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard)curry leaves
7.Coconut oil-3tbs
8.Salt-as per taste
9.Turmeric powder-pinch
GRIND:
Coconut-1/4cup
Green chilly-4
Cumin seeds-1tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Clean the vegeatbles and boil it with turmeric powder and salt untill tender.
- For the seasoning add oil in a pan,add mustard,curry leaves let it splutter
- Now add boiled vegetables and grinded paste and let it cook for 5-10mins and remove from heat and garnish with corriander leaves
