INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Carrot - 1/4cup(chopped)
2.Beans- 1/4cup(chopped)
3.Brinjal- 1/4cup(chopped)
4.Potato- 1/4cup(chopped)
5.Onion - 1(chopped)
6.Green chilly- 4(chopped)
7.Tomato -1(chopped)
8.Salt-as needed
9.Seasoning-1tbs(mustatrd,cumin,urad dhal)curry leaves
10.Moong dhal - 1cup(boiled and mashed)
11.Oil -3tbs
12.Corriander leaves-to garnish
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First boil the vegetables in a pan with little salt untill tender.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan,add fenugreek seeds,mustard,curry leaves let it splutter
- Add onions,green chilly,tomato saute it for 5mins
- Add boiled vegetables,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,sambar powder let it cook for few mins
- Now add boiled moong dhal and let it cook untill it becomes thick
- Serve hot sambar garnished with corriander leaves .
