INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Kingfish - 6pieces(cleaned)
2.Chilli powder- 4tbs
3.Turmeric powder - pinch
4.Gingergarlic paste - 2tbs
5.Salt-as needed6.
6.Oil-deep fry
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan-for deep fry
or
Flat pan-for shallow fry
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients from 2-5 well with little water and make a paste out of it.
- Apply this paste in the fish and let it marinate for 2hrs
- Heat oil in a pan ,add the marinated fish and shallow fry or deep fry for 7-8mins untill dark brown or crispy on a slow flame and make sure it doesn't burn and flip over to the other side and let them cook for 4-5mins
- Turn off the heat and serve as a side dish
Rasam rice Or Sambar rice
