METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,add seasoning one by one and add onion,curry leaves fry till turns light brown and finally add chopped corriander leaves and switch off the flame ,let it cool down.
- Now add this mixture to the batter with enough salt and mix it well and the batter has to be little thick.
- Then heat a griddle sprinkle some oil and pour a ladle of batter and spread in a circle motion and make it little thick and add oil around it and flip it over,keep it in the medium flame and cook it till its done and serve hot .
