INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Potato-2
2.Green chili-2(Optional)
3.Garlic cloves-4(Crushed)
4.Red chilli-5-6
5.Seasoning-Mustard,Urad dhal,Channa dhal,Curry leaves,Cumin
6.Turmeric powder-1/4tbs
7.Salt as needed
8.Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First peel off the potato ,wash it and cut it into very thin stlices.
- Now Heat oil in a pan,add crushed garlic and saute it, and add broken red chilli,cumin, mustard,urad,channa dhal and fry untill it pops up and keep it in the medium flame.
- Then add turmeric powder,salt and sliced potato and keep frying it untill it becomes soft and well cooked.
