INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Brinjal-6(Slit)
2.Red chilli-5-6no
3.Corriander seeds-2tbs
4.Methi seeds-1tbs
5.Mustard-1/2tbs
6.Peanuts-1/4cup
7.Cumin-1tbs
8.Turmeric powder-1/4tbs
9.Seasoning-Mustard,Methi seeds,Cumin,Curry leaves
10.Salt as needed
11.Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat a pan fry red chilli,corriander seeds,methi seeds,mustard,cumin seeds in a low flame for few mins and add roasted peanuts and switch of the flame when chilli starts turning its color and let it allow to cool and grind to fine powder and set aside.
- Wash brinjals and slit into two halves leaving the stems.
- Now Heat oil in a pan, add little more oil,mustard seeds,cumin,methi seeds, once its starts spluttering add brinjal ,turmeric powder and salt and let it cook in low flame for 5mins.
- Then add grinded powder and little water and mix well and cook untill the brinjal is done well or untill oil comes up and thick.
