Yet another tried recipe from Maavoori Vanta and it came out good and my kids loved it.Here is the recipe....
INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Vegetable-2cup(Cubed and Boiled)
(Preferably Beans,Carrot,Cauliflower,Potato and Peas)
2.Onion-1(Chopped)
3.Tomato-1(Chopped)
4.Green chilli-4(Sliced)
5.Onion paste-2tbs
6.Coconut paste-4$tbs
7.Chilli powder-2tbs
8.Garam masla powder-1tbs
9.Turmeric powder-1/4tbs
10.Seasoning-Mustard,Curry leaves
11.Salt as needed
12.Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add onion,green chilli,curry leaves one by one and fry.
- Now add tomatos,onion paste,coconut paste,salt ,chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and let it cook untill oil comes up.
- Then add boiled vegetables and let it cook untill done .
- Finally add corriander leaves for the better aroma and taste.
