INGRDIENTS:
1.Baby/Purple brinjal-10(slit inbetween without cutting into half)2.Tamarind extract- 5tbs
3.Oil-8tbs
GRIND:
Fry all this ingredeints in a spoon of oil and grind it without adding water
Mustard seeds-1/2tbs
Peanuts-2tbs
Sesame seed-2tbs
Red chilli-7
Corriander seeds-2tbs
Whole Pepper-1/2tbs
Cumin-1/2tbs
Fenugreek-1/4tbs
Urad dhal-1tbs
Chana dhal-1tbs
Salt-as needed
UTENSIL:
Nonstick bottomed pan
- In a pan add little more oil,add brinjal saute it untill it is soft
- Then add the grinded powder mix it well for few mins
- Finally add tamarind extract cook it untill oil comes up and garnish with corriander leaves
GOES WELL WITH:
Plain rice and Veg biryani
