6.Salt-as per taste
7.Turmeric powder-pinch
8.Oil
GRIND:
Onion
Tomato
Red chilli
Tamarind

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,add mustard ,urad dhal,curry leaves let it splutter
- Then add grinded paste,turmeric powder,salt and fry it for 15-30mins untill the light brown and thick.
- Finally garnish with corriander leaves
