INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Plantain/Vazhakai-2(cut into thick slices)
2.Onion-1(chopped )
3.Tomato-1(chopped)
4.Salt-as needed
5.Chilli powder-1tbs
6.Corriander powder-1/2tbs
7.Turmeric powder-pinch
8.Oil-3tbs
9.Seasoning-(cinnamon 1,cloves 2)
UTENSIL:
Nonstick pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan add oil, seasoning,onion saute it untill brown
- Add tomato,chilli powder,corriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and fry it nicely
- Finally add plantain fry it frequently untill water evaporated and cook it till light brown
Sambar rice ,Yogurt rice and Rasam rice
