INGREDIENTS U NEED :
1.Toor dhal- 1cup
2.Spinach - 1bunch(chopped)
3.Small onions - 8(peel the skin)
4.Green chilly - 5
5.Tomatos - 1(chopped)
6.Cumin seeds-1tbs
7.Garlic - 4cloves
8.Ginegly oil-1tbs
9.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin,curry leaves)
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First Cook the toor dhall with turmeric powder and gingelly oil in a pan untill half cooked
- Then add spinach,onions,green chilli,tomato,garlic,cumin seeds,salt into the boiling dhal and let it cook for 10mins or untill cooked and mash it using masher
- Then temper with seasoning and mix well
GOES WELL WITH:
Plain rice
