INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Moong dhal - 1cup
2.Green chilly - 4
3.Onions - 1
4.Tomato -1
5.Garlic - 3cloves
6.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin)asafoetida a pinch
7.Curry leaves-few
8.Salt-as per taste
9.Oil-as needed
UTENSIL:
Pressure cooker
Deep bottomed Pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Pressure cook all the above ingredients from 1 to 8 with drop of oil for 3-5whistle in the cooker
- Let it cool down for 15mins then mash it with masher coarsly
- Finally do the seasoning with mustard seeds,cumin and asafoetida and pour it over the mashed dhall
