INGREDIENTS U NEED:
2.Raw rice-1cup
3.Urad dhal-1cup
4.Salt-as needed
5.Oil-1tbs

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First soak the urad dhal and rice seperately for 5-6hours and drain the water
- Grind urad dhal and rice seperately
- Mix both of them together nicely and leave it overnight for fermentation.
- The next day mix the fluffed up batter gently and add enough salt to it
- Grease the idli moulds with little oil
- Pour the batter in the moulds and steam in the idli cooker for 15-20mins on the medium flame and switch off the gas and let it cool down for 5mins.
- By using spoon run it around the idli moulds and carefully flip them out and serve hot.
