INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Idiyyapam flour-2cup
2.Salt - as needed
3.Water-as needed
UTENSIL:
Iddiappam press or Murrukku maker(tiny holes)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a bowl mix iddiyappam flour with little salt and warm water and mix the dough well
- Fill the dough into iddiappam press or murruku press
- Grease the idly stand with little oil and press the dough into the stand
- Steam it in the idly cooker for 5-10mins and then let it sit for 5mins to cool down
- Then unmould the iddiyapam into plate and serve it .
