INGREDIENTS:
1.Green pepper - 2
2.Chilly powder-1tbs
3.Turmeric powder-pinch
4.Salt-as needed
5.Corriander leaves-1/4bunch
6.Curry leaves-2string
7.Tamarind-little
8.Onions - 2(finely chopped)
9.Oil
10.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin)curry leaves
GRIND:
Fry the below items without oil for few mins
Corriander seeds-1/4tbs
Cumin-1/2tbs
Cloves-3
Cinnaman-1inch stick
Cardamom-2
Poppy seeds-1/2tbs
Dry coconut-1tbs
Peanuts -2tbs
and grind with chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,corriander leaves,curry leaves and tamarind untill smooth paste .
UTENSIL:
Deep wide pan
Corriander seeds-1/4tbs
Cumin-1/2tbs
Cloves-3
Cinnaman-1inch stick
Cardamom-2
Poppy seeds-1/2tbs
Dry coconut-1tbs
Peanuts -2tbs
and grind with chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,corriander leaves,curry leaves and tamarind untill smooth paste .

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First boil the pepper with a pinch of salt in a enough water and cut into medium pieces
- Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, and curry leaves and let it splutter
- Then add onions and fry it till translucent and add ground masala cook untill nice aroma comes out
- Finally add boiled and chopped green pepper cook it for 5mins and garnish with corriander leaves.
Plain rice and Chappathi
