INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Cooked rice-2cup
2.Tomato-3(Chopped)
3.Onion-1(Sliced)
4.Ginger-1inch(Chopped)
5.Green chilli-3(Finely Chopped)
6.Chilli powder-1/2tbs
7.Corriander powder-1tbs
8.Turmeric powder-1/4tbs
9.Garam masala powder-1/2tbs
10.Corriander leaves-To garnish
11.Seasoning-Cinnamon,Cloves,Cardomom,Saunf,Khuskhus,Curry leaves
12.Salt as needed
13.Oil
14.Ghee
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,add all the seasoning one by one and let it spluter,now add chopped ginger,greenchilli and onion fry untill onion becomes brown and translucent.
- Then add tomato and fry it for few mins and add chilli powder,corriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder fry it nicely and well cooked and switch off the heat.
- Now add this tomato mixture with cooked rice and mix it well by adding little ghee and corriander leaves and serve.
