INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Tindora-1/2lb(Slice them into thin rounds)
2.Pepper powder -1tbs
3.Salt as needed
4.Oil-5tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,add dondakai pieces and saute them in a medium flame untill it turns light brown.
- At this stage add salt and pepper powder and combine well and let it cook for 5mins and turn off the heat.
GOES WELL WITH:
Plain rice and sambar rice
