INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Vazhakai-3(Peel and dice into medium pieces)
2.Pepper powder or Chilli powder-2tbs
3.Salt as needed
4.Oil little more
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat little more oil in a wide shallow pan,toss vazhakai pieces and salt let it cook in a medium flame untill browned,crispy and cooked through.
- Finally add pepper powder and mix well and turn the heat off.
