INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Egg-22.Onions-1medium(Finely chopped)
3.Green chilli-3(Finely chopped)
4.Curry leaves-1string
5.Pepper powder-1/4tbs
6.Salt-as needed
7.Turmeric powder-Pinch
8.Oil
UTENSIL:
Nonstick Frying pan
Flat pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat the oil in frying pan and fry the onion,curry leaves and green chilli untill translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and saute for a few minute
- Add the pepper powder and cook for a few minutes more stirring now and then and switch off the flame.
- Now in a bowl beat the eggs and add salt to taste.
- Now add the cooked onion mix to the eggs
- Heat oil in a flat pan add the egg mixture little thick like dosa and Cook for a few minutes and then flip over after adding some more oil and serve hot.
