INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Toor dhal or Moong dhal-1cup
2.Onion-2(chopped finely legthwise)
3.Green chilli-4(slit into two)
4.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin)curry leaves
5.Turmeric powder-pinch
6.Salt-as needed
7.Oil-3tbs
8.Corriander leaves- to garnish
UTENSIL:
Pressure cooker
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Pressure cook the dhal with enough water for 3whistle and let it cool down for 15-20mins
- Then mash it using a potato masher till smooth
- Heat oil in a pan add seasoning let it splutter then add onions,green chilli saute it for few mins
- Then add boiled toor dhal and let it cook for 10mins and then garnish with corriander leaves
Plain rice and idly
