INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Chicken-1kg
2.Gingergarlic paste-2tbs
3.Chilli powder-3tbs
4.Corriander powder-2tbs
5.Cloves-2Cinnamon-1stick
7.Lemon juice-1/4tbs
8.Food color-pinch
9.Seasoning-1tb(mustard,curry leaves)
10.Onion-1(chopped)
11.Green chilli-5(chopped)
12.Salt-as needed
13.Oil-5tbs
14.Corriander leaves-to garnish

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Marinate the chicken with gingergarlic paste,chilli powder,corriander powder,cloves,cinnamon,lemon juice and food color for 2hrs
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan ,add seasoning,onion,green chilli saute it untill onion becomes translucent
- Then add marinated chicken,salt and little enough water fry it cook it untill you get the desired gravy consistency mix it well and garnish with fresh chopped corriander leaves.
