INGREDIENTS U NEED :
1.Brinjal-5(chopped into medium size)
2.Onion-1(chopped finely)
3.Garam masla powder-1/2tbs
4.Chilli powder-1tbs
5.Salt-as per taste
6.Turmeric powder-pinch
7.Corriander powder-1tbs
8.Tamarind paste-2tbs
9.Paneer-1cup
10.Corriander leaves-to garnish
11.Oil-6tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat little more oil than regular in a pan,add onion fry it untill brown and add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,corriander powder,garam masala powder let it cook.
- Add kathrikai fry it untill they are soft to touch
- Then add tamarind paste,corriander leaves mix well let it cook for few more mins
- Finally add paneer and cook it untill it becomes thick and garnish with corriander leaves
