INGREDIENTS:
1.Dhondakai/Tindora-1/2kg(cut into lengthwise)
2.Onions-1(chopped)
3.Tomatos-1(chopped)
4.Gingergarlic paste-2tbs
5.Salt-as needed
6.Turmeric powder-pinch
7.Chilli powder-1tbs
8.Corriander powder-1tbs
9.Oil-as needed
10.Corriander leaves-to garnish
GRIND:
Coconut-1/2cup
Saunf-1tbs
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan add oil,mustard ,onions,tindora fry it nicely
- Add tomato,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,corriander powder and turmeric powder and let it cook for 5mins
- Add grinded coconut let it cook for 5mins or untill oil comes up and garnish with corriander leaves
