INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Mint - 1bunch(Remove the leaves and wash it)2.Corriander- 1bunch(Remove the leaves and wash it)
3.Green chilli - 4
4.Garlic - 4cloves
5.Tamarind-2inch
6.Salt-as per taste
7.Oil
8.Seasoning-1tbs(mustard,cumin)
9.Coconut-1/4cup(fry it in the pan without oil)(optional)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan add oil,add green chilli fry it and then add mint and corriander leaves fry untill the leaves shrink
- Grind the fried leaves with tamarind,garlic ,salt and grated coconut untill smooth paste
- Then do the tempering with mustard seeds and cumin and mix it well together.
