INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Onions - 1(chopped)2.Red bell pepper/Capsicum-2(chopped)
3.Garlic-2cloves
4.Red chillies-5
5.Peanuts-1/2cup(fried)
6.Tamarind - 1/2inch piece
7.Salt-as per taste
8.Seasoning -1/2tbs(mustard,cumin)curry leaves
9.Asafoetida-pinch
10.9.Oil - 3tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First fry onion,red bell pepper,red chillies in a pan with little oil
- Grind fried items with peanuts,tamarind,garlic and salt nicely and smoothly
- Then temper with mustard,cumin seeds.curry leaves and asafoetida.
