1.Fenugreek seeds-2cup2.Mustard-1cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Fry fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds seperately in a pan untill slightly light brown.
- When its cool down ,make as smooth powder and store it in a airtight container.
