INGREDIENTS:
1.Onions - 1(chopped)
2.Tomatoes-2(chopped)
3.Garlic - 3cloves(crushed)
4.Salt-as needed
5.Chilly powder-1tbs
6.Corriander powder-1tbs
GRIND:
Coconut-1/4cup
Ginger - little
Cinnamon-2
Cloves-2
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,onions,tomatoes,garlic let it cook for 5-10mins
- Add salt,chilly powder,corriander powder,turmeric powder and little water
- Let it cook now add grinded masala and leave it for 10mins and garnish with corriander leaves.
