INGREDIENTS:
1.Egg-3(boiled and remove the shells)2.Onions - 1(chopped)
3.Tomato-1(chopped)
4.Chilli powder-1tbs
5.Corriander powder-1tbs
7.Corriander leaves-to garnish
8.Oil-as needed
9.Salt-as needed
CRUSHED WITH MORTAR AND PESTLE:
Ginger-2inch
Garlic-4cloves
Saunf-1tbs
Cinnamon-1
Cloves--2
GRIND:
Coconut-1/2cup with little water
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
- In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,crushed masala,onions,tomato let it cook untill it becomes soft
- Add chilli powder,corriander powder,salt,turmeric powder mix it well
- Add grinded coconut and finally add egg which is split in the top cook it untill it becomes thick and garnish with corriander leaves
GOES WELL WITH:
Plain rice
