Raddish curry With Peanut

Raddish curry for this receipe is made with white ones and this dish tastes very delicious with rice or chappathi which i learned it from my MIL.U can make this dish with the vegetable avarakai, brinjal,drumsticks and kothavarangai  with the same procedure.Simple and easiest curry..
  
INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Raddish/Moolangi-1 (cut into inches like circles )
2.Turmeric powder-a pinch
3.Chilli powder-1tbs
4.Corriander powder-1tbs
5.Onions-1(chopped)
6.Peanuts-1/2cup(fried and grind as powder)
7.Tomato-1(chopped)
8.Vadagam-1 or Seasoning-mustard,cumin
9.Corriander leaves-little for garnishing
10.Oil - as needed

UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • In a big pan add chopped raddish fry it nicely untill the raw smell goes and light brown
  • In that add little water, turmeric powder,chilli powder,corriander powder,salt and let it boil for few mins
  • After few mins add chopped onions,tomato,peanut powder let it cook for 10mins untill raddish cooked well
  • Then do the tempering with vadagam or seasoning and combine well 
  • Finally garnish with corriander leaves
GOES WELL WITH:
     Plain rice
