INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Raddish/Moolangi-1 (cut into inches like circles )
2.Turmeric powder-a pinch
3.Chilli powder-1tbs
4.Corriander powder-1tbs
5.Onions-1(chopped)
6.Peanuts-1/2cup(fried and grind as powder)
7.Tomato-1(chopped)
8.Vadagam-1 or Seasoning-mustard,cumin
9.Corriander leaves-little for garnishing
10.Oil - as needed
UTENSIL:
Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a big pan add chopped raddish fry it nicely untill the raw smell goes and light brown
- In that add little water, turmeric powder,chilli powder,corriander powder,salt and let it boil for few mins
- After few mins add chopped onions,tomato,peanut powder let it cook for 10mins untill raddish cooked well
- Then do the tempering with vadagam or seasoning and combine well
- Finally garnish with corriander leaves
