1.Chicken legs-6pieces(cut into cubes)2.Onions-1

4.Gingergarlic paste-2tbs
5.Garam masala powder-1tbs
6.Pepper powder-1tbs
7.Turmeric powder- pinch
8.Chilli powder-1tbs
9.Corriander powder-1/2tbs
10.Oil- for frying

12.Cloves-4
13.Bayleaves-1

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Mix chicken with coarsly grinded masala,chilli powder,corriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,gingergarlic paste and let it marinate r0r 1-2hrs.
- In a big pan add little more oil ,add cinnamon,cloves,bayleaves,add marinated chicken fry nicely untill thick and brown about 30mins
- Finally add garam masala powder,pepper powder and fried curry leaves and cashews and then garnish with fresh corriander leaves.
