INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.White pumpkin-2cup(chopped)2.Toor dhal-1/2cup(boiled)
3.Onion-1(chopped)
4.Garlic-5cloves
5.Tomato-1(chopped)
6.Tamarind-little(make pulp with water)
7.Chilli powder-1tbs
8.Corriander powder-1tbs
9.Turmeric powder-pinch
10.Salt - as per taste
11.Seasoning-1tbs
12.Asafoetida- pinch
13.Oil-as needed

Deep bottomed pan
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
- In a pan add oil and heat it when the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds,asafoetida,cumin seeds and let them crackle then add the curry leaves ,onions,pumpkin let it cook for few mins
- Add chilli powder,corriander powder,salt,turmeric powder and let it cook for 5mins
- Add boiled toor dhal,garlic,tomatos let it cook for few mins
- Now add tamarind water let it boil for 5mins then garnish with corriander leaves.
