INGREDIENTS U NEED:
1.Idly rava -4cup
2.Urad dhal-1cup(soak in the water for 3hours)
3.Salt-as needed

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First grind the urad dhal seperately and smoothly and in that add idly rava and grind it again and make sure it is all mixed well with little salt and let ferment overnight.
- Grease idly plates with little oil and pour the rava batter and steam them on medium flame for 10-15mins.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5mins then remove the rava idlies carefully with spatula and serve hot.
NOTE:
You can add any vegetables in the batter of your choice like chopped beans,grated carrot,peas etcGOES WELL WITH:
Peanut chutney and sambar
